  30.      RECENT YEARS HAVE SEEN A HISTORIC EXPLOSION in prodigious cDc output,
  31. culminating in early 1993 with the release of dozens of new files (including
  32. cDc's 200th issue), promulgating the Word of the Bovine like infectious kudzu
  33. spores.  Riding the incipient crest of cDc's new media publicity, T. Willy
  34. timed his political campaign to coincide with the public opinion surge pushing
  35. many swing voters toward the Cult and away from traditional secular candidates.

  37.      It was Willy's mix of strident campaign rhetoric and non-stop, in-person
  38. pressing-of-the-flesh that kept him in the running down to the final days,
  39. until misfortune struck down his second veep running mate (whose name our
  40. meager disk space no longer records).  Willy was a strong contender until those
  41. final hours, because he never tired of meeting new people and demonstrating his
  42. positions.  In fact, if it weren't for a complete and utter lack of matching
  43. funds from the government, he would probably still be on America's great
  44. highways and by-ways campaigning for the Office of President.  His
  45. irrepressible charm persisted even with the grueling rigors of the campaign
  46. trail.  "It's gotten so even the Secret Service are like, close, close, close
  47. friends," he mentioned at a San Francisco photo-op, convened at Good
  48. Vibrations, nationally renowned erotica and gadget shop.
